If i passed CCNP R&S by 2/24 2020

If i passe CCNP R&S by 2/24 2020 but fail on CCNA. Could I just get new CCNP certificate directly? Or need I fix a new CCNA certificate after it is released?

yes, I think you will get new CCNP after Feb 24th as there is no prerequisite for any certs if you have pass all 3 current exams ;
