I received discount for exam Cisco 200-105 from netacad.
Code has been provided but I faced with one issue. It provided for wrong Cisco ID (CSCO).
I wrote to Cisco Centralized Support to merge my CSCO under the new CSCO ID. So i can use my voucher from netacad, otherwise voucher is not valid for discount.
More of 2 day cisco online support don't respond to my ticket.
Im not received any mail by support.
How i can check has the issue been accepted for consideration? And how i can to resolve the situation?
I'm afraid I'll be late cause I need to pass this exam till the expiration date.
I would advice you to open a case with the Learing@Cisco Centralized Support team. I am sure they will be able to assist you.
